Everything you need to know about how we get your Dinkum Dolls order to you. 

All orders placed on our AU store (dinkumdolls.com) ship from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia, and are delivered by Australia Post or Aramex. We deliver across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. If you’re shopping from another country, please visit our regional stores (uk.dinkumdolls.com for the UK, EU, Middle East and South Africa) or (us.dinkumdolls.com for the US and Canada).

Please note that delivery times start from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment you place it. Delivery time are estimates only and can vary depending on the Australia Post network and conditions in your area. 

Processing Times 

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. We do our very best to meet these timeframes, though there may be delays during busy periods. 

During sales, promotions, new collection launches and peak season, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. 

Delivery Addresses 

We deliver to physical street addresses only. Please double-check your address at checkout, as an incomplete or incorrect address will delay both dispatch and delivery. 

We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

Tracking Your Order 

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. 

 

Changes, Cancellations & Redelivery 

Can I Change or Cancel My Order? 

There’s only a short window between you placing an order and our warehouse picking and packing it, so we often can’t make changes. Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do our very best. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change it. 

Changing Your Address 

Email us straight away at questions@dinkumdolls.com with the subject line ‘Urgent – Address Change’, and our team will try to catch your order before it leaves. If you’ve already received a tracking number, we’d recommend contacting Australia Post directly to request a redirect. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries 

If a delivery is unsuccessful, any redelivery charges are the customer’s responsibility. 

We’re unable to take responsibility for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us, please get in touch and we'll issue a gift card for the value paid, less any shipping costs. 

 

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs 

Australian Orders 

Your order ships from our Queensland warehouse, so there are no import duties or additional charges on Australian orders. GST is included in the prices shown at checkout. 

New Zealand and International Orders 

Orders travelling into New Zealand and International Countries may attract GST, import duties or customs handling fees. These charges aren’t included in what you pay at checkout and are the customer's responsibility, so we’d recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. We’re unable to take responsibility for these charges or for any delays they cause. 

If duties aren’t paid on import and your parcel is returned to us, we’ll issue a gift card for the value of the products only, less any shipping paid, and less an additional A$10 to cover the cost of return shipping.

Website Returns Policy

*Please note, any purchases made during our Black Friday Promotions, as per our exisiting returns policy below, are strictly not eligible to be returned*

Dinkum Dolls by Olli Ella is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers and we want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase.

We offer full refunds or store credit if the product does not meet quality standards or if you change your mind.

Returns must meet the below conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of order delivery
• Has not been used or worn
• Is not soiled or damaged
• Has original packaging and tags
• Item was not purchased on sale
• If you have received a free item during a Gift/Buy One Get One Free promotion, this must also be returned, otherwise the value will be deducted from your refund

Due to hygiene reasons underWARES briefs are unable to be returned for a change of mind or incorrect size purchase.

You may opt for a refund or store credit for all change of mind returns. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Returns Process

To start your return, please click here and follow the prompts.

For Domestic Returns: Through the above link you will be able to generate a prepaid return postage label, which you will need to print and attach to your return package.

The postage fee will be calculated based on the item/s you are returning and will be deducted from your refund amount.

For International Returns, you will need to arrange your own shipping and send your return to:

Please note returns sent to any other Dinkum Dolls address will not be accepted and/or may incur a $20 redelivery fee

Please return your product in its original packaging and return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Packages received after this period will not be accepted.

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging, we will process your store credit or refund directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

Can I cancel an item I purchased on pre-order?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept order cancellations on pre-order items.

If your purchase is still within their returns window, please reach out to them directly and they will be more than happy to look after you.

Do You Offer Free Returns?

 

We now offer free returns on WARES apparel (excludes underWARES briefs and bodysuits) for all domestic orders. You will receive a free shipping label inside your parcel. Easy!

For all change of mind returns on products outside of our WARES range, shipping is at the customers expense. The postage fee will be calculated based on the item/s you are returning and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note shipping costs, sale items (sale apparel returns accepted) and gift certificates are non-refundable.
