No, our gift sets don’t come in a separate gift box. They’re packed using our standard packaging, just like our regular orders.

Some gift sets include pre-order items, so dispatch times may vary. Please check your chosen gift set’s product page for its expected shipping date before ordering. Any dates shown are estimates for dispatch, not delivery.

Each set lists the exact characters, outfits and accessories included. Every gift set also includes one Rainbow Cotton Gift Bag. Any additional promotional gift is separate and subject to the offer’s terms.

Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll help arrange an appropriate solution.

Yes! Eligible VIP discount codes can be applied at checkout for an additional saving on the gift set price. Your code’s usual terms, exclusions, and expiry date apply.

For change-of-mind returns, gift sets must be returned together as a complete set, including all accessories, the Rainbow Cotton Gift Bag, and any free promotional gift received with the purchase. Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately for change of mind.
