Important: Changes to the Loyalty Club Program

Effective 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 December 2026, the Loyalty Club points program (“Play Points”) will be discontinued and replaced by a new loyalty program commencing January 2027 (the “New Program”).

From 20 October 2026 until 31 December 2026 (the “Transition Period”):

Members may continue to earn and redeem Play Points in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

All existing tier benefits, including Gold Tier benefits, remain available in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

All points, reward codes and spend vouchers issued under the Program must be redeemed by 11:59pm on 31 December 2026, or their existing expiry date if earlier.

From 1 January 2027:

All unredeemed Play Points, reward codes and spend vouchers will expire and have no value. They cannot be transferred to the New Program or exchanged for cash.

Members will be automatically enrolled in the New Program. Terms and conditions for the New Program will be published in January 2027 and will replace these Terms and Conditions.

Why is Play Points ending?

We’re making way for a new, simpler loyalty program launching in January 2027, with no points to track and more special perks for our most loyal Dinkum Dolls family.

When does Play Points end?

Play Points closes at 11:59pm on 31 December 2026. Until then, you can keep earning and redeeming points as usual.

What happens to my unused points?

Any points not redeemed by 31 December 2026 will expire. Points won’t transfer to the new program and have no cash value.

What about reward codes and spend vouchers I already have?

These must be used by 31 December 2026, or by their existing expiry date if that’s sooner.

How do I check and redeem my points?

$5 for 100 points
$10 for 200 points
$15 for 300 points
$20 for 400 points

Do my current tier benefits stop now?

No. All current tier benefits continue as normal until 31 December 2026.

I’m a Gold member. What happens to my status?

Your benefits continue until 31 December 2026. We’ll email you before the new program launches with details of your status in 2027.

Do I need to sign up for the new program?

No, you’ll be enrolled automatically. The new program’s terms and conditions will be published on this page in January 2027.

Can I still join the Loyalty Program before January 2027?

New registrations are temporarily paused until January 2027. Existing members can continue enjoying their benefits and earning and redeeming Play Points until 31 December 2026.
